Meet the Team

At Playland Equestrian Center, we pride ourselves on our core values of gratitude, honesty, respect, work ethic, vulnerability, and trust.

Our staff is devoted to maintaining the health and happiness of Playland's horses, and we are committed to providing a supportive, friendly workplace for them.

Megan Scocco, Stablehand

With over a decade of experience in the horse world, a B.S. in Equine Business Management, and an A.A. in Equestrian Studies, Megan is crucial to our daily operations. She places the physical and mental well-being of horses above everything, never cutting corners when it comes to their individual needs.

"Working with horses is its own reward, but being on the team at Playland Equestrian Center has been especially fulfilling. The Core Values we uphold help guide our days to be productive and positive, and everyone here is helpful and friendly, both staff and clients. There are a lot of opportunities for career advancement, and Glenda is always pushing everyone on her team towards personal and professional development. I'm excited to see how I continue to grow in my role here at Playland!”

After deciding a career as a professional rider was not for her, Emma shifted her focus to the business side of the horse industry. Her experience with social media marketing and administrative organization taught her the skills necessary to successfully assist in marketing, event planning, and office management for Playland Equestrian Center.  A lifelong equestrian, Emma is currently majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Marketing.
